Pembina Trails School Division Requests Proposals for Licensed Child Care Centre Services

Pembina Trails School Division seeks proposals from qualified Canadian organizations to establish, manage, and operate a licensed child care centre at the new École Iskonakwa School in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The selected organization must obtain all required licenses, recruit staff, deliver inclusive early learning programs, and handle operations for 20 infant, 80 preschool, and 30 before- and after-school spaces. The successful applicant will enter into a lease and operating agreement for an initial five-year term, with an option to renew for an additional five years.
