Real Estate Physical Inspection Services (HQS/NSPIRE) for Inkster Housing Commission Authority

The Inkster Housing Commission Authority requests proposals for Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspection services. The selected contractor will develop a detailed survey methodology and inspect physical conditions at property locations, including roofs, building exteriors, interiors, common areas, utility areas, landscaping, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026. Proposals can be submitted digitally online or via email. The buyer anticipates awarding an initial one-year contract with four discretionary one-year option periods, up to a five-year maximum. The top-rated proposer's fees may serve as the basis for initial contract negotiations, with the buyer retaining the right to negotiate fees or award to multiple vendors.
