Program Area Infrastructure and Capital Equipment Condition Assessment Consultant Services

The Alberta Department of Agriculture and Irrigation requires consultant services for a program area infrastructure and capital equipment condition assessment. The selected vendor must deliver assessment reports, standardize asset data and maintenance requirements, create an inventory with replacement costs and maintenance schedules, develop a people/process/tools implementation plan, and forecast lifecycle and capital investment needs for the Agri-Food Assurance Laboratories, Bio-Industrial Opportunities Section, and Alberta Food Centre. Only onshore Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Proponents must submit proposals digitally using the required forms, including corporate and resource responses along with a Fixed Price pricing form. Questions must be submitted in writing to Contracting Manager Elizabeth Melnichuk by October 30, 2026. Proposals are due November 16, 2026, by 14:00:59 Alberta Time. The buyer will screen proposals for mandatory requirements and evaluate qualified bids based on relevant experience and capability (20%) and price (30%).
