Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Services for Department of Social Services

The Cumberland County Department of Social Services seeks a vendor to provide pressure washing and window cleaning services at 1225 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC. The scope of work includes cleaning all exterior clear glass and spandrel windows to remove visible dirt without leaving streaks, soft washing precast siding panels to eliminate grime and algae, pressure washing exterior stone siding walls, and removing trash and debris. Services must be performed on-site during regular business hours over a one-year contract term. Eligibility is restricted to USA onshore organizations.
