Building Management System Replacement at Bakersfield Gateway Armory

The California Military Department invites contractors to submit bids for a Building Management System replacement at the Bakersfield Gateway Armory in Bakersfield, California. The scope of work requires removing the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system and replacing all components, including thermostats, temperature control panels, timers, control valve actuators, and damper actuators. The contractor must install new thermostats with carbon dioxide sensors in all classrooms and conference rooms, supply a new computer, and deliver a fully functional DDC system. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Certified Small Businesses, Micro Businesses, and contractors that commit to subcontracting at least 25 percent of their net bid price to certified Small Businesses or Micro Businesses are encouraged to participate. Bidders must adhere to all instructions in the solicitation, maintain the required commercial general liability insurance, and submit Material Safety Data Sheets for any hazardous materials prior to contract award.
