City of West Hollywood Turnkey Self-Contained Public Restroom Pilot Program

The City of West Hollywood Facilities and Field Services Division requires a turnkey pilot program for a self-contained public restroom. The selected vendor must supply, deploy, and maintain a high-quality, durable, vandal-resistant modular public restroom operating without permanent utility hookups for an initial 6 to 12 months, alongside proactive servicing and performance tracking. The overall contract term spans one year, and work must be performed onsite within the USA. Proposers must submit all vendor forms and required proposal sections electronically in PDF format. Questions are due by November 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and final electronic proposals must be submitted by November 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Hard copies will not be accepted.
