Municipal Engineer Professional Services for the City of Sandpoint

The City of Sandpoint, Idaho is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from onshore USA sole proprietors or civil engineering firms to designate a licensed Professional Engineer to act as City Engineer. The selected consultant will administer private land development applications from an engineering perspective, review designs, support utilities and transportation, provide technical assistance, and coordinate with staff, officials, and the public. Applicants must submit required forms, including an Insurance and Licensing Acknowledgement Form and applicable Conflict of Interest disclosures. SOQs must not include hourly rates or fee schedules. One hard copy and one electronic PDF copy on a USB drive must be physically submitted by November 19 at 2:00 p.m. local time; emailed proposals will be rejected. Written questions are due by November 12. Evaluation will be based on capabilities and experience (30 points), availability and approach (20 points), and an interview (50 points).
