Professional Solid Waste Management Engineering Services for Volusia County

The County of Volusia requires a qualified professional consultant to provide solid waste management engineering services in DeLand, Florida. The requested scope includes solid waste planning, landfill/facility design and expansion, construction management/administration, CQA/CA services, conceptual and feasibility studies, preliminary assessments, cost estimates, and administrative assistance. Consultants must also be capable of developing solid waste master plans, preparing closure and monitoring plans, assisting with regulatory permitting, and handling bidding and construction phase services. Firms must demonstrate specific experience in solid waste landfill design, expansion, permitting, and master plan development. Bidders must be authorized to conduct business in Florida and located within the USA, as performance occurs onshore and onsite. The contract period spans three years.
