Trust and transparency

Editorial Policy

These standards apply to Craxy AI product pages, educational articles, comparisons, AI-assisted content, and public RFP summaries. Last verified 2026-07-10.

Accuracy before publication

Product, pricing, security, legal, and catalog claims should match current production behavior or a clearly identified primary source. Material claims are updated when the underlying facts change.

Source attribution

Research articles should link to authoritative primary sources wherever practical. RFP pages preserve source identifiers, source URLs, document manifests, and retrieval context available from the upstream listing.

AI-assisted content

Craxy AI may use AI to organize research, draft prose, or create plain-English RFP summaries. AI output is not treated as a source. Public articles require editorial review before publication, and bidders must verify solicitation facts in the source documents.

Conflicts and commercial content

Craxy AI publishes content about its own product and competitors. Comparisons should identify the evaluation date, link to public evidence, and avoid claiming capabilities that have not been verified.

Updates and corrections

When a material error is confirmed, Craxy AI corrects the page and updates its verification date where the page format supports it. Catalog corrections should include the listing URL and authoritative source.
