Court Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services

The agency is seeking court foreign language interpretation and translation services to facilitate communication during legal proceedings and related activities. The selected provider must deliver simultaneous interpretation of court proceedings and consecutive interpretation both inside and outside of the courtroom. Additionally, the scope of work includes the translation of court-related documents and attorney-client correspondence. The agency requires interpreters who possess a strong command of both English and the target language. Personnel must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, as well as irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to receiving budget proposals for these services.
