Security Systems and Maintenance Services

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive security systems and maintenance services. The authority requires these services to secure its facilities, manage access, and maintain continuous oversight of its physical premises. The scope of work covers access control systems including badging, credentialing, and card readers, as well as closed-circuit television and video surveillance featuring web-based security systems. The requested services also encompass voice radio communications and repeater systems, cloud-based and virtual server options, and wireless systems. The authority is also requesting facial recognition and fingerprint access control technologies alongside twenty-four-seven monitoring for intrusion alarm systems, which must include web-based access reporting and history from a central station provider.
