Co-Developer Partner Services

The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a co-developer partner to manage the design, engineering, permitting, and construction processes in coordination with the agency. The selected partner must fund all pre-development expenses, which the agency will reimburse without interest out of available proceeds at closing. Additionally, the partner must obtain all equity and debt, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, bond allocations, HOME funds, Community Development Block Grant funds, and similar state, federal, and private funding. The agency requires the partner to provide all financial and performance guarantees for the development. The partner must also share the realized and deferred developer fees, cash flow, and residual value with the agency. All performance of the work will take place offsite.
