Employee Training Program Services

The Rhode Island municipal government authority is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and deliver high-quality employee training programs. The agency aims to enhance workforce skills, performance, and engagement for its municipal employees. The scope of work covers curriculum design, instructor-led facilitation in virtual or in-person formats, and the evaluation of learning outcomes. Requested training topics span professional competencies such as leadership, communication, teamwork, time management, and ethical behavior. The agency also requires transportation-related courses, including safety training, project planning, Commercial Driver's License preparation, chainsaw safety, plan reading, welding, scheduling, and construction math. All contracted work must be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or online, and the budget evaluation is based on the submitted proposals.
