Electrical, Electronic Maintenance and Repair Service

The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive electrical and electronic maintenance, repair, and installation services. The agency requires these services to ensure the proper functioning of its electrical systems according to standard industry practices and to secure the best overall value. The selected contractor must resolve system issues by performing repairs, fabrication, operations, and maintenance on both low-voltage systems under 600V and high-voltage systems exceeding 600V, along with all associated equipment. The scope of work covers miscellaneous electrical maintenance, system modifications, new installations, and continuous emergency support. The agency requires the contractor to remain available to respond to service calls twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and three hundred sixty-five days a year. Performance of the contracted work will take place either onsite at the Providence facility or offsite as required by the specific task. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to establish pricing.
