Miscellaneous Consultant Services

The Mesquite Independent School District in Texas is seeking to establish a list of pre-approved companies or individuals that can provide miscellaneous consultant services to the district as a whole. The agency is trying to solve the need for readily available, specialized expertise across a wide range of administrative, educational, and operational functions. The requested scope of work covers professional or staff development training, technology analysis, operations analysis, education consulting, business, finance, and personnel consulting, and administrative consulting. Additionally, the district is seeking presenters, including authors, storytellers, and speakers, as well as graphic artists, audio or video production services, and other services deemed appropriate for this request. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online submission portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structures for these services. The district has not established a set budget and will evaluate proposals based on the submissions received. All questions regarding this request must be submitted to the agency no later than June 17, 2031.
