Classification and Compensation Studies Services

The agency is seeking classification and compensation studies services for all employee groups. This includes a thorough analysis of existing structures, evaluation of internal equity and external competitiveness, and assessment of organizational and workforce needs. The project covers reviewing and updating classification specifications to accurately reflect current job duties and responsibilities. The agency requires an evaluation of the compensation structure to ensure internal equity and alignment across classifications. The selected vendor will identify and recommend solutions to address salary compression, compaction, and other pay relationship issues. An assessment of the competitive market position through comprehensive compensation analysis is also requested to support recruitment and retention. The agency expects reliable, data-driven findings and recommendations to support labor negotiations, organizational planning, and compensation-related decision-making. Performance of the work will be onsite. The contract period will be for one year. Bidders must be onshore (USA Only). All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
