Wage and Hour Classification, Compensation and Staffing Study Service

The agency is seeking wage and hour classification, compensation, and staffing study services. The project aims to evaluate the county's existing wage and hour classification plan, review and reclassify job positions, and determine equitable and competitive compensation ranges. The study will also assess staffing levels necessary for effective service delivery and ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. The scope of work includes a project kickoff, review of the existing classification and wage structure, job analysis and reclassification, compensation analysis, and staffing level analysis. The vendor will provide clear, defensible recommendations for implementation, including a growth pathway to determine when additional or new positions will be needed. Implementation support is also requested. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite.
