Classification and Compensation Study Service

The agency is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study. The project aims to implement an organization-wide career and pay progression system, such as career ladders, and develop a flexible framework that accommodates diverse professional development paths. The scope of work includes job structure optimization, development of a compensation philosophy and structure, and employee engagement. The consultant will perform a thorough evaluation of the existing classification plan, develop career progression ladders, establish pay progression opportunities, and design lateral pay and career progression options. The work also involves a market salary range study, reclassification of specific job descriptions, development of a comprehensive Compensation Philosophy and supporting policies, and creation of alternative pay plan options. Project planning, data collection, job analysis, classification review, and the development of recommendations and an implementation plan are also requested. Bidders must be an Onshore (USA Organization Only). The performance of the work will be Offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
