International Student Program Services

The agency is seeking international student program services for a government authority located in Walnut, CA. The project covers F-1 visa international student recruitment services, which may include recruitment fairs, counselor fairs, admissions training sessions, campus visits, requests for materials, and other live or virtual engagements. The services will promote the College's academic programs, transfer programs, reputation, student life, International Student Program, and other marketable aspects. The vendor will also manage events and engagements for the International Student Program to interface with prospective students and their representatives. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The performance of the work will be offsite. The agency is looking for proposals and has not provided a specific budget signal. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 30, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
