Endpoint Device Standardization and Strategic Evaluation Service

The government authority in Tennessee requires endpoint device standardization and strategic evaluation services. The vendor must provide endpoint devices, deployment services, management capabilities, lifecycle support, support models, and strategic partnership options. This includes support planning, standards development, technical validation, and pilot evaluation. The service aims to establish endpoint standards, identify pilot candidates, inform future procurement strategies, and improve system-wide endpoint standardization planning. The vendor will pilot and demo device programs to validate deployment, security, supportability, and user experience. Business-class endpoint portfolios aligned to device categories are needed, with readiness for Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Windows 11, BitLocker, TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and Microsoft Defender. Multi-campus fulfillment models using campus identity or deployment identifiers before shipment are also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only.
