Employee Vision Benefit Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide employee vision benefit services to its government authority in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The core need is for fully insured vision insurance benefit coverage for employees. The project covers the provision of vision insurance benefit coverage that meets or exceeds current plan benefits as detailed in Attachment 1, Section A. Offerors may also include optional, cost-effective alternative plans. The agency requires multi-year rate guarantees and established in-network provider access in various locations. The scope of work includes providing communication materials such as plan documents, benefit booklets, Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), and plan summaries. Offerors must also provide online access to resources for members to manage costs and provider access. Additionally, comprehensive online tools are required for ease of administration by the agency. Eligibility rules state that the organization must be USA-based (Onshore). All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
