Recruitment Agency Services

The National Gallery of Ireland is seeking recruitment agency services to provide temporary personnel to support its core staff as operational needs arise. The agency requires services to be performed offsite, at the vendor's office premises. The estimated annual expenditure for this framework is approximately €500,000, which includes agency fees and associated salary costs. Eligibility for participation is restricted to onshore Irish organizations only. The procurement procedure is an open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016. The framework agreement will have an initial term of twenty-four months, with the possibility of two further twelve-month extensions, totaling a potential four-year aggregate term. The evaluation of tenders will consider the quality of service delivery (45%), the quality of the tenderer's contract management proposal, and sustainability and social value (10%). Bidders must complete a mandatory Tender Response Document (TRD) and adhere to specified response lengths and formats. Diagrams are permitted if legible and within allocated page limits. The tender deadline is Thursday, August 13th, 2026. The National Gallery of Ireland intends to appoint a maximum of four tenderers to the framework.
