The agency is seeking head-hunter services to recruit for the position of Director, Retail & Commercial Leasing. The selected firm must demonstrate experience in sourcing, screening, and presenting senior-level real estate and commercial leasing professionals. The role requires strategic leadership for the Retail and Commercial Leasing department, including oversight of leasing strategies, negotiations, and tenant retention. The Director will manage a departmental budget, oversee mall and commercial space operations, and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. This position involves partnering with internal teams for space maintenance and coordinating community engagement programs. The Director will analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for increased NOI and improved asset utilization, review lease violations, and serve as the primary liaison with external brokerage partners. Representation in legal proceedings related to commercial tenancy matters is also required. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations within the USA.
