Library Audio and Visual Systems

New Castle County Department of Public Works seeks a vendor to provide and install audio-visual systems for the new Newark Free Library. The library is a 2-story, 40,000 square foot facility located at 750 Library Avenue, Newark, Delaware. The contract period is one year, and performance of the work is onsite. Bidders must be a USA Organization only. Bidding documents become available on July 30, 2026. Bidders must register with Wohlsen Construction to obtain access. All questions must be submitted in writing by August 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. A mandatory prebid meeting occurs on August 17, 2026. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on September 15, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the New Castle County Government Center. Bids require a bidder's bond or certified check equal to 10% of the bid price.
