Video Production Services

The city requires professional video production services to conceptualize, produce, and deliver a broadcast-quality state of the city video. The scope includes creative concept development, production planning, script consultation, and coordination. Production capabilities must encompass professional cinematography, aerial videography, motion graphics, and special effects such as VFX and CGI. A graphics package with department title cards, animated maps, and motion graphic elements is also required. The vendor will direct and film approved production elements, utilize professional cinematography, and manage on-location production, including sound and lighting checks. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The city is looking for proposals, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
