The scope of work includes developing new web features as requested, maintaining a MobileFirst responsive design, implementing a new platform for viewing historical photos, overlaying new datasets on a map, and refreshing the user interface. The agency also requires notification and subscription services for email and SMS alerts. The performance of the work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. The agency is looking for proposals. The total all-inclusive sum for the services is not to exceed $1,132,137.41.
