Cloud-Based Enterprise Communication Tool

The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a cloud-based enterprise communication tool to support campus-wide outreach efforts. The agency requires a comprehensive platform capable of ingesting data from multiple authoritative systems, including MARS, SAS-generated datasets, and external stakeholder files. The solution must support concurrent ingestion and centralized management of these diverse data sources. The project covers the provision of an enterprise communication tool with AI-enabled capabilities for content recommendations, segmentation insights, or automation. The platform must integrate with Student Information Systems (SIS), Human Resources (HR) platforms, Slate CRM and related systems, as well as email delivery platforms and messaging systems. It must handle peak communication periods without performance degradation and support file-based ingestion with extensibility to API-based integrations. Secure storage and management of communication data, lists, and attributes are essential, along with 24/7 support for critical incidents and after-hours escalation procedures. The system should automate data synchronization between integrated systems and support rule-based and scheduled automation of list creation and updates, including processing datasets with complex attributes and maintaining data validation and consistency. Eligibility for this opportunity is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The contract period will be for three years.
