Janitorial Services

The County seeks janitorial services for approximately fifty-seven locations across forty-four facilities, totaling 700,000 square feet. Services will encompass office, detention, law enforcement, parks/campground, and government use spaces. The contract period is two years. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 24, 2026, with mandatory job walks on August 25 and 26, 2026. All questions must be submitted by September 25, 2026. The County is seeking proposals and requires compliance with its asbestos policy, including notification to employees and subcontractors and contacting the Health and Safety Loss Prevention Division before any work that might disturb building materials or access restricted spaces.
