Web-Based Trads Training Platform

The buyer requires a web-based trads training platform. This platform must be a customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform for Facilities Management occupations. The system will support the full employee development lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced certification, and offer training in various areas including skilled trades, safety, and leadership. It must enable the creation of structured career progression pathways and deliver online, on-demand training content. The platform should support interactive formats like 2D, 3D, VR, webinars, tutorials, and recorded lectures, along with simulation-based and hands-on learning experiences. Assessment capabilities for onboarding, progression, and qualification stages are also required, including quizzes, exams, simulations, and knowledge retention assessments. The system must identify workforce skill gaps and recommend training. The contract period is one year. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only). A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2026, with questions due by the same date. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online.
