Intelligent Transportation System

The buyer requires an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) for 32 buses. The system must provide real-time bus location, schedule, and service alert information to the public via a desktop website and mobile application. The solution must be cloud-native, available 24/7/365 with over 99.5% uptime, and include all necessary hardware, software, installation, maintenance, support, training, and warranty. The contractor will supply Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) on all vehicles and a comprehensive Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. The system must allow remote access for dispatch and management. The proposer must provide a detailed maintenance plan with per-vehicle and system-wide costs, a maintenance schedule with annual costs, and a timeline of future system developments at no additional charge.
