Enterprise Lidar Imagery Viewer Solutions

The buyer requires enterprise lidar imagery viewer solutions. The vendor must provide a solution for storing, managing, viewing, and extracting features from statewide Mobile, Terrestrial, and Aerial LiDAR datasets and associated digital imagery. The solution needs to support long-term, secure storage, high-performance visualization, and automated or semi-automated extraction of roadway and roadside assets. It must also offer secure, scalable cloud storage and a corridor-based viewer capable of streaming point clouds and imagery at high performance. The solution should align with existing workflows, GIS systems, data governance frameworks, and IT security requirements. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only). The contract period is one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 6, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by August 13, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals.
