Regional Safety Operations Program Development and Capacity Services

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission seeks a consultant to support the development and sustainability of regional safety operations initiatives. The scope includes strengthening program administration, outreach and stakeholder engagement tracking, performance management, and leadership development. Specific services requested are program management, planning, and administration; annual work planning and implementation support; performance measurement and accountability frameworks; outreach and engagement strategy; contacts management and stakeholder tracking systems; network development and participation growth; annual conference and event planning; and leadership development and capacity building. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The agency is looking for proposals.
