Website Development Service

The Board of Elections requires website development services to provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information to its audiences in a visually appealing, user-friendly, and user-centric manner. The service must facilitate easy two-way interaction between citizens and the Board of Elections, enable online functional transactions for voters and candidates, and ensure round-the-clock access to information and transactions. The website must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and other equal accessibility laws, promote the use of on-site media, simplify website administration, and be mobile-friendly and responsive. The vendor must also accommodate users with limited internet bandwidth and provide tiered backend editing and administrative rights. A CMS software implementation project plan, web-based training, and support services are also required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) vendors. All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 17, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals, and the performance of the work will be offsite.
