Event Data Recorders Services

The government authority requires event data recorder services for its vehicle fleet. The requested scope includes vehicle data recorders that mount behind the rearview mirror without obstructing the windshield view, with hidden power cables and neat wiring. A microphone must capture audio, with the ability to disable it upon request. The data recorders must utilize secure boot mechanisms. The contract period is one year, and the performance of work will be offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The government is seeking proposals and has not stated a budget. All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
