System Management Services for the Traffic Signal Controller Replacement Project

The buyer requires system management services for a traffic signal controller replacement project. The scope includes preparing traffic signal drawings and dial sheets, developing a controller database, programming conflict monitors, and performing virtual testing of new advanced transportation controllers. The vendor will also test signal cabinets, supervise and validate controller operations during bench and field acceptance testing, and conduct integration testing and remote observations for signal operations. The vendor must develop a risk register, new conventions and standards for dial sheet formatting, and an implementation tracker template. All work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises.
