SaaS Invoice Processing Software

The buyer requires a Software as a Service (SaaS) invoice processing software solution. The solution must automate invoice capture, validation, processing, and workflow management. Key functionalities include supporting multiple invoice ingestion methods, automated data capture via OCR and AI/ML, identification and exclusion of non-invoice documents and duplicates, automated matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, configurable approval workflows, tax treatment application, and support for cost objects and general ledger accounts. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Irish organizations. Performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online. All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. The contract period will be for three years. The buyer is looking for proposals.
