Enterprise Resource Planning System

The buyer seeks an enterprise resource planning system to replace administrative modules of the current Ellucian Banner environment. The scope includes implementing the ERP solution for Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Grants. Deliverables also encompass Chart of Accounts redesign, data migration from Ellucian Banner, integration architecture design, and parallel payroll runs. Organizational readiness deliverables include change management, training, and a Banner administrative-module decommission plan. The buyer requires proposals from onshore (USA Organization Only) vendors. All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. Performance of the work will be offsite.
