Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) and Telematics Hardware and Installation Services

The buyer requires Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) and telematics hardware and installation services. The vendor must provide a cloud-based software platform for fleet management, accessible via a web application. This platform needs to integrate with AssetWorks Fleet Management and be Esri compatible, supporting ArcGIS Enterprise environments. Open APIs for future integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth are also required. The system must offer real-time AVL, historical route playback, fleet usage reporting, maintenance alerts, data export to CSV and Excel, accurate trip mileage reporting, driver scorecards, and customizable reports. Optional electric vehicle tracking is also requested. All questions must be submitted by August 25, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals are being sought.
