Secure Online Portal

The buyer requires a secure online portal. The portal must be a browser- and app-based software as a service (SAAS) solution. It needs to support uploading, storing, viewing, searching, printing, sharing, downloading, editing, and annotating documents. The solution must accommodate various screen sizes and input methods, offer multilingual access, and include features like descriptive titles, a home page return mechanism, and modification dates. Accessibility is required from CRA devices and any default browser supporting 128-bit encryption, worldwide, via apps on Windows, Android, and iOS. The portal must be available in English and French, support accented characters, and allow users to select their preferred language. Functionality includes creating user groups and managing document access rights for upload, print, search, view, share, and delete operations. Documents must remain continuously available unless deleted. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. The work will be performed offsite. The buyer is seeking proposals and has not stated a budget.
