Paid Parking Solution

The City requires a vendor to provide an on- and off-street paid parking solution encompassing revenue collection, parking enforcement, and permit management. The contractor must manage coin collection equipment, collect parking revenue, and implement a Pay-by-Plate system using pay stations, meters, or a mobile payment application via Park Mobile or Pay By Phone. The contractor will design, produce, and install mobile payment zone signage, host a Back-Office System, and maintain a Control Center. The City is evaluating either inground parking sensors or single-space meters for short-term parking spaces. Only USA-based organizations are eligible for this contract. The contractor will perform the work offsite at its own office premises. The contract term spans three years. Bidders seeking budget details must submit proposals.
