Web-Based Security Camera Software

The buyer requires a vendor to provide web-based security camera software to replace its current IndigoVision platform. The selected vendor must deliver a modern, scalable system that leverages existing IP cameras, storage, and network infrastructure without requiring a major network redesign. Required scope includes full deployment, configuration, camera migration, customizable web-based thin client and mobile user interfaces, multi-site video management, role-based access, advanced motion-based search, and configurable retention policies. The vendor must also identify any necessary camera replacements and supply a comprehensive migration plan. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and all work will be performed offsite. Bidders may submit proposals digitally via email or online, though the buyer has not specified a set budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
