The agency requires a secure, scalable, accessible, and sustainable solution supporting contract activities, business process automation, and end-to-end management of business opportunities from initial inquiry through follow-up. The requested scope includes client, opportunity, proposal, contract, administrative, reporting, analytics, and financial management capabilities, alongside integration with institutional systems and a collaborative, phased implementation approach. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations, and suppliers will perform the work offsite.
