Learning Management System Platform and Support

The buyer requires a learning management system platform and support to enhance its current learning capabilities, support an improved student experience, increase instructor support, and expand distance learning access. Vendors must deliver this by either enhancing third-party support for the buyer's existing Moodle system or providing a new cloud-based system. The required scope includes learning content development and management, assessment, engagement and communication, artificial intelligence, support for multiple delivery modalities, academic integrity, accessibility, mobile learning, integrations, security, applicable data migration, data analytics, and customer support. Eligible bidders must be a Canadian organization, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed specific evaluation criteria. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
