Kiosk Hosting and Support Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide kiosk hosting and technical support services for digital signage and kiosk applications over a two-year contract period. The selected vendor must deliver ongoing support, maintenance, hosting, subscription management, and troubleshooting for personnel utilizing the content management system. Required duties include performing routine software maintenance and security updates, monitoring system performance, and minimizing service interruptions. Additionally, the vendor must maintain and administer third-party subscription services, including web hosting, Weglot language translation, MapBox mapping, and Google Places API services. Eligible vendors must be an onshore, USA-only organization, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
