Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Implementation Platform

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a complete turn-key disaster recovery infrastructure implementation platform and associated services. System integrators must furnish, install, configure, test, and operationalize the platform. The requested scope includes validating physical space, power, cooling, and fiber connectivity at the Fire Station, and finalizing network IP/VLAN schemes. The vendor must create Veeam recovery orchestrator or equivalent plans, execute a full live controlled DR test, configure existing Veeam Data Platform Premium and Backup Orchestrator, establish backup copy jobs over municipal fiber, and configure restore workflows. Additionally, the vendor must install Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter or equivalent, construct a 2-node Failover Cluster, and configure Dell PowerVault offsite. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations for onshore performance. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
