Cloud-Based Automated Compound Flood Forecasting, Impact Analysis and Mapping System

The buyer requires a cloud-based automated compound flood forecasting, impact analysis, and mapping system. The platform must grant authorized users secure, web-based access via desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. The required scope includes executing up to four forecast simulations per rolling 24-hour period using hourly or more frequent rainfall, coastal tide, and other relevant datasets. Additionally, the system must feature a unified web-based dashboard, display maximum current and forecasted inundation extents for user-selected locations, and provide county staff direct access to ArcGIS Online feature layers for viewing, downloading, and integrating daily forecast results. The buyer restricts eligibility to USA organizations for onshore participation, and the vendor will perform all work offsite.
