RFI for Electronic Health Record System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide an electronic health record system. The required scope includes admission, discharge, and transfer, clinical evaluations and assessments, treatment and care planning, treatment team management, progress notes, medication management and pharmacy integration, safety, forensic, and incident management, therapeutic programming and scheduling, and nutritional services integration. Additionally, the system must cover laboratory integration, interoperability and data exchange, enterprise master patient index for multi-site operations, reporting, analytics, dashboards, security, compliance, hosting, deployment, support, department configuration, customization, implementation approach and timeline, data migration, conversion, archiving, and organizational change management. To qualify, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than August 25, 2026. Evaluation criteria are not provided.
