Web-Based Vehicle Fleet Management Solution

Burlington County seeks a vendor to provide a secure, web-based vehicle fleet management solution for the county and various agencies. The required scope includes a fully customizable customer information system, integration capabilities for fuel card services and GPS vehicle monitoring, single-point account management and payment, fleet benchmarking, consulting services, customized PM coupon books for each vehicle, 24-hour emergency tow service, and 24x7x365 toll-free customer support lines. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Only USA organizations may apply, and proposers must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The county seeks proposals for the budget and provides no evaluation criteria. Proposers must submit all questions by August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via https://burlcobids.ionwave.net by September 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM ET. The buyer rejects submissions sent via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery.
