E-Sourcing Solution

The buyer requires an e-sourcing solution to support the full solicitation lifecycle, including opportunity posting, supplier registration, communication, secure electronic submissions, addenda management, evaluation workflows, audit trails, reporting, and document retention or export. The selected vendor must implement a secure, transparent, and user-friendly platform that standardizes RFx activities, enforces deadlines, secures confidential information, and provides structured evaluation workspaces. Additionally, the vendor must provide support and training tools for internal agency users and external suppliers. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore Canadian organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer contracts the project for a three-year period and currently seeks proposals for the budget. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 7, 2026.
