Faculty Information System

The buyer requires a secure, scalable, and intuitive faculty information system to support institutional effectiveness, continuous improvement, and academic excellence across all campuses and academic units. The requested scope includes providing a system that manages and reports on faculty activities in teaching, research, service, and professional development. Additionally, the solution must support assessment management, document performance expectations, manage evaluation information, route document approvals automatically, and maintain governance, privacy, and security controls. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located in the USA only. The contractor will perform the work offsite for a one-year contract period. While the buyer is looking for proposal budgets rather than providing a set dollar amount, vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 2, 2026.
